Congratulations and well done to Oliver Pemberton who in the face of stiff competition won our Apprentice of the Year Award. Oliver can be seen below receiving the trophy together with a 50 gift voucher from John Grandison.

Contract Completed: Napier University, Merchiston Campus

The contract involved the alterations and refurbishment of an existing shop unit including the supply and installation of a specialist fire roller shutter door together with general builder work, provision of display furniture and fittings, decoration, electrical works and mechanical works and was completed on time and on budget.

Contract Completed: St Crispin's Special School > AUGUST 2010

Works completed on the above contract comprising the essential upgrading of the Mechanical & Electrical Installations within the school, along with complete re-roofing works and builders works for The City of Edinburgh Council. Value 310,000.

Contract Completed: Clermiston Nursery > AUGUST 2010

We completed on time and on budget this new build Nursery for The City of Edinburgh Council with a contract value of 560,000.

Contract Completed: Carlops Road, Penicuik > JULY 2010

This contract for The Scottish Veterans Garden City Association provided two detached and two semi-detached houses under the Houses for Heroes Programme. The new dwellings were constructed in the rear gardens of existing SVGCA houses. Despite the difficulty challenge of working in a safe and considerate manner in such close proximity to the existing properties, we completed the project successfully on time. Value 475,000.

Contract Completed: Sciennes II, Edinburgh > JULY 2010

This project involved the upgrade of an existing student accommodation block for The University of Edinburgh. The contract value was 316,000 and was completed on time within a seven week programme.

Contract Completed: Grant Avenue, Edinburgh > JUNE 2010

This modern new dwelling for a private individual was completed in June 2010. Our client was delighted with the end results to such an extent that they have recommended ourselves to others for similar projects. Value 427,000

Contract Completed: Prestonpans Infant School > MAY 2010

This contract involving two new extensions and internal refurbishments for East Lothian Council was completed on time and in budget. Value 2,330,000
